What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order secures your item before it is available for immediate dispatch. This means your piece is reserved especially for you and will be shipped once production is complete.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

Pre-order items typically take 4–6 weeks to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each product page.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
Orders are processed immediately after purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and cancellations will not be guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.

Shipping

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
